Returns:

Refunds:
- I typically do not offer refunds unless under these few circumstances:
- The item you received was not to your satisfaction and we could not determine a solution that would fit both of our needs.
- The item arrived damaged and the post office denied a claim.
- The item got lost in the mail and you decline a replacement.
