Refund policy

Returns:

  • I do not accept returns on custom items. However, if there is an issue with your item(s), please reach out to me as soon as possible. You can email me at desertbundesigns@yahoo.com or message me on any social media. I'm happy to help! 

Refunds:

  • I typically do not offer refunds unless under these few circumstances:
    • The item you received was not to your satisfaction and we could not determine a solution that would fit both of our needs.
    • The item arrived damaged and the post office denied a claim.
    • The item got lost in the mail and you decline a replacement.
